Set up leagues with sport type, season name, dates, venues, and full customization.

Player System

Rich player profiles

Set sport type, primary and secondary roles (Batsman, Bowler, Wicketkeeper, All-rounder, Finisher), bio, height & weight, dominant hand and foot, jersey details (number, size, sleeve), and upload ID and address proof — everything organizers need to evaluate you.

YouTube highlight reels

Link your YouTube videos directly to your player profile for scouting.

ID verification support

Leagues can require identity documents before a player can join.

Custom player fields

League Owners can define up to 5 custom text or image fields for their league.

Visibility controls

Players choose who can see their profile: everyone, only joined leagues, or hidden.

Endorsements

Players can receive endorsements from other users.

Guided registration

The profile form tells you what is still missing while you fill it in — a live checklist, errors shown where they happen, and a publish button that says exactly what is blocking it instead of failing silently.

Timer-reset mechanics

Each new bid resets the countdown timer, keeping the tension alive.

The system prevents overbidding and ensures minimum squad budget reserves.

Run it in a browser

The whole auction room opens on a laptop at gaim.zone/play — no install. Join a real auction with the league ID, or rehearse in a practice room. Owner, bidder or spectator, your role comes from the league.

Bidders you can change late

Franchise owners can nominate and swap their bidders right up until the auction starts — not only at enrolment. The bidder roster lives on the franchise screen, and a Franchise Bidder tag shows who holds the seat.

See the owner's controls

Set your own points economy

Define the max budget per franchise, the minimum bid, and the increment ladder bids climb — per auction, in the scheduling wizard. Gaim.zone checks that every franchise can still afford a full squad before you lock it in.

Icon players

Hand a player to a franchise before the auction opens, at any price you set — including free. Those players never come up for bidding: the room starts with the squads already seeded and the purses already charged.

Manual or automatic pacing

In AUTO the next player publishes itself the moment a lot closes. In MANUAL the auction waits for you to press Publish next player — the pacing a human auctioneer with a microphone actually needs.

Pause mode — after this player, or now

Pause the auction cleanly once the current lot finishes, or void the running lot immediately and pause. The room states which one is happening, so nobody is left guessing whether their bid counted.

Revoke a sale

Undo a completed sale after the fact. The player returns to the pool, the franchise gets its points back, and the voided lot stays in the auction history rather than quietly disappearing.

Trial auction

A full rehearsal in the real room, with your real franchises and real players, before the money round. It ends on a timer or on your word, and leaves no trace on the league.

Your own lot, as it happens

The player on the block no longer has to be watching the room. A push says when your bidding has started, which franchise took you and for how much, or that you were not sold this time and may come up again later. The sale — and any later correction to it — reaches you even with auction pushes muted.

Selected to bid

A push the moment a franchise owner names you as one of its bidders, saying which franchise and which league, because one person can be picked by several.

Choose what reaches you

Every notification group has its own Push and In-app switch, plus one master switch over all of them. Turn the push off and the notification still waits for you in the app — silenced, not lost.

Generate every pairing automatically, add matches manually, or mix both within the same group.

Draft first, publish when ready

Every schedule starts as a private draft only you can see. Publish when you're ready and it goes live for players, franchise owners, and spectators — with a one-time reminder if you leave an unpublished draft behind.

Built-in conflict warnings

Before you save or publish, Gaim.zone checks for missing dates, times, or venues, double-booked venues or teams, and duplicate pairings within a round.

Edit any match, anytime

Update teams, date, time, venue, or result on any individual match — before or after the schedule is published.

Locked structure protects live fixtures

Round and group structure locks once published to protect live matches. You can still add a new round, and can delete the last round if none of its matches have a recorded result — deleting one that does requires a press-and-hold confirmation.

Filter a long schedule down

Narrow the fixture list by several venues, teams and statuses at once — not one at a time — so a 90-match season becomes the six games you care about.

Match lifecycle tracking

Each match progresses through scheduled → in progress → completed → cancelled states, visible to all participants.

Export rosters as a themed PDF

Export the enrolled players or the enrolled franchises as a branded PDF — numbered, with photos and your league crest — beside the plain CSV.

Share your schedule as a poster

Export the schedule as an image or PDF — filtered by date, team, or round — with a choice of visual themes and your league crest.
